Q.  What is the time frame on processing and completing my order ?

A.  Depending on the number of orders I currently have an estimate time frame is 3 weeks. 

Q.  When will I  receive my design to review and proof ?

A.  Normal time frame is 1-2 weeks. 

Q.  May I get my order rushed ?

A.  Yes.

It does however depend on my work load regarding being active.

If it is active I have it on my HOME page listed as

" Rush My Order "

 Orders requiring the rush option will receive priority status in both order completion and shipment. Your design will be sent to the email provided and you will need to review, proof, and approve the design. Corrections may be made if necessary. I work with you. Design proofs for rush orders are sent within 24 hours or less. Your order will be shipped withing 48 hours. USPS Priority mail is 1-3 days depending on holidays, weekends, and the weather. 

Q.  Do you gift wrap ?

A.  I most certainly do ! I will also include a special message and note on a gift card noted from you. No sales receipts will be included.

Q.  Will you mail my gift to the recipent receiving the gift ?

A.  I would love to! Simply include their full name and mailing address in the comments section on your order during check out.

Q.  What forms of payments do you accept ? 

A.  I accept PayPal, credit cards, money orders, and personal checks. 

Q.  How do I mail you my check or money order?

A.  You may contact me by email to provide the information we both will need. My email and contact information is in the " about us " page. Which is listed on the Home Page.

Q.  Are items returnable ?

A.  Since it was created for a unique individual, no. 

Q.  What if I receive a custom item, however the name is spelled wrong or the date is wrong, ect.

A.  If the mistake is on my end I will be happy to make it good and send a replacement with the correct information. If the mistake was on your end during any errors in the written information you provided and or approving the design proof than unfortunately I cannot replace the item. Please make certain all information including spelling is correct once I send you the design for approval. Take your time to review.
